We have a relaxed atmosphere, where we do like to laugh, joke and have fun, while staying serious at times when it is necessary. We do understand and appreciate the real life aspect, but when it's time to focus, there can't be excuses. You will be required to rise above the challenges that are common in casual raiding guilds, but you will also succeed where others have failed. Members of Sparda are required to be on time and fully prepared for our raids so that our downtime will be minimal. Members are expected to maintain an attendence of 80%.
